What will I need?
Your company authentication code, an email address, the correct account balances and a director to approve the accounts. We show the company details and any available public register figures for you to check.
Can my company use this service?
This service is for eligible active private companies limited by shares with no significant accounting transactions during the period. The accounting period must have ended. If your company had bank charges, interest, trading or other accounting transactions, contact us before paying.
Will I be charged again next year?
No. This is a one-off order with no subscription or automatic annual card charge.
