ONAF Limited (company number 12589383) operates Dormant Accounts Online. We use the information you provide to check eligibility, prepare your accounts, obtain approval, take payment and arrange your authorised Companies House filing.

Information we use

We use the public company register, your contact details, accounting dates and figures, approving director, company authentication code, declarations and any supporting documents. Only provide information relevant to your dormant accounts. Do not enter a Government Gateway password or personal identity code.

How we handle your order

Form details pass securely to our filing system. Authentication codes are stored encrypted. Access to private orders and approvals is restricted. Private approval links must be kept confidential. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure checkout; they are not stored by this website.

Sharing and retention

We share necessary information with Companies House, Stripe and the service providers used to run and communicate about your filing. Records are kept for the service and applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The full privacy policy explains retention, service providers and your rights.

Reminders

If your accounts period has not ended, you can separately ask us to save a reminder. No advance payment is taken. Reminder consent is separate from ordering accounts.
